VARIETAL NOTES:
Cabernet Sauvignon is a grape varietal from the Bordeaux region
of France, often called the "King" of red wines. It is the variety
that is used for some of the most powerful wines in the world, and can
develop extraordinary complexity. Now grown throughout the world,
in California the wines can be distinctly fruity with a full mouthfeel
and strong tannins. Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is wonderful
to drink young, but will also mature well in a wine cellar for 8-10 years.
